DirectLink

Force feedback for any DirectInput device

DirectLink connects TelemFFB, VPforce's telemetry-driven force feedback engine, to the FFB hardware you already own. Stall buffet, engine rumble, gunfire, trim forces and more, rendered on a SideWinder, a G940, or whatever is plugged in.

What it does

TelemFFB reads live telemetry from your simulator and turns it into force feedback. It is free, and out of the box it drives VPforce hardware; DirectLink is the bridge that opens the same effect engine to standard DirectInput force feedback devices.

The full effect suite

Aerodynamic forces, stall and gun buffet, engine rumble, runway and touchdown effects, trim and autopilot following: everything TelemFFB renders, on your device.

Every cockpit role

Joystick, pedals, collective or trim wheel. Single-axis devices are mapped to the role's axis automatically, with manual override when you want it.

Classic hardware, new life

Microsoft SideWinder Force Feedback 2, Logitech G940, and other DirectInput FFB sticks get modern, telemetry-driven effects in current simulators.

In TelemFFB

DirectLink lives inside TelemFFB: a toggle to turn it on, your devices in the standard selectors, and per-role axis control.
